About this website
These terms apply to the Cuntspin information pages on this domain. They provide game listings, account guides and links to responsible gambling help. Reading this website does not open a casino account or form a gambling agreement. No deposit, withdrawal, wager or prize is processed by these pages.
External services have their own terms. If you decide to visit one, read its current rules and check whether it may lawfully offer the service where you live before you provide any details or money.
Age and local rules
The gambling-related information here is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Age alone does not make an online casino service legal in your location. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you before using an external gambling service.
Real-money online casino games and online pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia. A foreign licence, a working link or a different website address does not change that rule. Australian-licensed sports and race wagering are a separate category. Read the Australian rules section for the practical distinction.
Information, not personal advice
We aim to explain topics clearly, but site content can become out of date. It is general information, not legal, financial, medical or personal gambling advice. You should use current official sources and qualified help when a decision matters to your health, money or legal position.
A game name, screenshot, feature description or account walkthrough on this site does not establish that a game is currently available, that an account can be opened, or that a particular payment method will work. We may correct, remove or reorganise content when we learn it is wrong or no longer useful.
Bonuses and games
Offers can change, expire or depend on eligibility. A promotional graphic is not the full offer. The bonus terms guide lists the conditions to check before any decision: qualifying deposit, wagering, eligible games, bet limits, expiry and cashout restrictions. Check the complete current terms at the destination.
Descriptions of pokies or table games are not predictions. No game, strategy or bonus guarantees a return. Past results do not create an entitlement to win on a later round. The responsible gambling guide explains signs of harm and ways to get free help.
External links and affiliate relationships
Some links may point to sites run by others. We do not control their availability, security, privacy practices, terms or the legality of their services in your location. A link is offered for context or navigation and is not an endorsement or a promise about the destination.
Where an affiliate arrangement exists, we may receive a commission if a visitor takes a qualifying action after following a link. That possibility is disclosed in the site footer. It does not change the amount you pay through these pages, and it does not make any statement about a game, bonus or withdrawal more reliable. Read the destination's own terms before acting.
Using these pages
You may read and share a link to a page for personal, lawful use. Do not misrepresent our content as an official offer or use the site to collect other people's credentials, distribute malicious code or interfere with access for others. The site's original text, layout and graphics should not be republished as your own without permission. Names and artwork belonging to others remain with their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Pages, links and features may be revised or temporarily unavailable. We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top is the current version date; continuing to use the pages after an update means you are viewing the newer text. No promise of uninterrupted access is made.
Make decisions with the risk in view
Gambling may cause financial and personal harm. Do not gamble with money needed for bills, borrow to gamble or try to recover losses through another deposit. If you are concerned about your own play or someone else's, the support directory lists free Australian services, including a 24/7 gambling helpline.
Nothing on this page asks you to bypass a location restriction. If a service is unavailable where you live, do not use a mirror address or other workaround as a substitute for checking the law.
Your rights and concerns
These terms do not remove rights you may have under applicable law. Questions about an external account, payment or promotion belong with the operator of that service. For a question about these pages or a statement you want reviewed, email [email protected] and identify the page. For information about this site's handling of technical visit data, read the Privacy Policy.
